Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Identify customers' needs . Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Resolve product and service related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists. Organize and maintain inventory.
