Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective such as crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, vista pruning. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens. Plant and move trees. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
