Tasks: Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective such as crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, vista pruning. Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas and injecting with treatment solutions. Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease. Tree removal. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certification. Arboriculturists Trade Certification. Chemical application certificate or licence. Landscaping experience: Residential projects. Commercial and/or industrial construction. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Client focus. Reliability. Team player. Punctuality. Screening questions: Do you have experience working in this field?. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
