Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Business administration and management, general. Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures . Review and evaluate new administrative procedures . Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Administrative and office activities. Act as liaison within organization between staff and management around wellness issues. Provide job training and support. Proofread to ensure accuracy. Participate in safety audits and programs. Ensure that procedures are conducted in accordance with laws and regulations. Develop and implement police force procedures and policies. Co-ordinate the logistics and administration of elections within constituencies. Co-ordinate administrative services. Assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures. Provide problem-solving services to network users. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Liaise between chefs and customers. Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents. Develop policies and procedures to manage corporate cataloguing systems, records scheduling and disposal, and finding aids. Review purchase order claims and contracts to determine compliance with company policy. Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects. Prepare reports and others documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors. Coordinate projects and programs. Supervision: No supervision responsibility.
