About this role
Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Hire food service staff. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening. Morning. Night. Day. Weekend. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
