Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Weed, prune and trim trees and plants. Rake and collect refuse. Remove litter and garbage. Cart and spread topsoil and other materials. Lay sod or seed. Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees. Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment. Tree removal. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
