Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Aesthetician/esthetician and skin care specialist. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of health care services. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
