Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Hotel, motel, and restaurant management. Tasks: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Recruit and hire staff. Supervise staff. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
