Summary: As a Warehouse Teammate here at Werner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with various warehouse tasks as needed.

Warehouse (Mid Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - Monday through Friday)
• Compensation: $19.00/hr starting wage
• Benefits: PTO upon starting, Medical/Dental/Vision/401K
• Up to $1,000 Starting Bonus
• Annual Bonus of $2,400
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma and equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
Staging Projects Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately read and interpret vendor packing slips
• Clearly communicate all vendor packing slip discrepancies regarding vendor part numbers and counts with Project Coordination via email.
• Receive material against internal purchase orders using internal ERP system, WMS, and handheld device.
• Capture photos of material received in on handheld device.
• Systematically put away received material utilizing stand up counterbalance and handheld device.
• Occasionally unload trailers of customer owned material.
• Unbox, label, and cart lighting fixtures and other miscellaneous material per customer requirements.
• Process outbound orders using internal ERP system & WMS.
• Maintain a clean workspace through completion of daily 5S checklist.
• Other related duties as assigned.
