• Drives safety performance and ensures strict adherence to company policy.
• Monitor and track attendance, perfect attendance, and vacation days through weekly Kronos reporting. Maintain employee time and vacation entries in ADP time system.
• Develop, coordinate and assign daily maintenance repair tasks.
• Maintain records and equipment repair information as needed.
