About this role
• Enable, coordinate, direct and monitor of the work of the shift team : This includes :
• Guaranteeing that production and maintenance proceed on plan for quality, quantity, timing.
• Assuring that products, processes and work methods are in respect of standards and systems for quality, safety & environmental, and operations.
• Administration for the shift team.
• Leading the team to maximize output, productivity, safety, and quality for the shop.
• This is not a sit-down position it is a working, fully active, hands-on, position always expected to be on shop floor.
• Lead his team and ensure they work as a team
• Ensure that the PO have labels for their job orders
