The successful candidate will be able to balance; asset management responsibilities for a portfolio, coach, mentor, and train junior Asset Analysts, and implement improved departmental processes, establishing best practices for workflows and quality assurance.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work in the Denver Home office on Tuesday.
PAY: $85,000 - $90,000 / salary
