Gentle Dental is looking for a General Dentist to join our established practices on Portland's west side.
We have flexibility depending on what you're looking for:
Part-Time: Build a consistent schedule at our Sherwood practice.
Full-Time: Combine days between Sherwood and Progress Ridge in Beaverton, two established practices located just over 6 miles apart.
Whether you're looking to add a few days to your current schedule or searching for your next full-time opportunity, we'd love to talk about what works best for you.

Whichever option fits your goals, you'll maintain the clinical autonomy to make treatment decisions based on what's best for your patients, with the resources and operational support of Gentle Dental behind you.
COMPENSATION
Full-time Dentist earnings typically range from $175,000–$400,000 annually, depending on schedule, experience, and production.
Part-time compensation varies based on the number of days worked and production.

Part-Time – Sherwood
Consistent part-time schedule based at our Sherwood practice.
Full-Time – Sherwood + Progress Ridge
Build a full-time schedule by combining clinical days between our Sherwood and Beaverton Progress Ridge practices.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
• Current CPR certification
• DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care
