Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established Skyline practice in Salem, Oregon.
This is a unique opportunity to practice in a predominantly fee-for-service environment, allowing you to focus on comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry while maintaining a high level of clinical autonomy.

COMPENSATION
Average full-time Dentist earnings: $150,000–$400,000 annually
Your earning potential is supported by Skyline's established patient base and predominantly fee-for-service model, with a focus on comprehensive treatment and quality patient care.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one prior to employment
• Current CPR certification
• DEA registration and NPI, or ability to obtain prior to start
