Hodgson Russ LLP is a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys across 10 offices. This position plays a key role in our busy Litigation or Real Estate & Finance practice groups and is based in our Buffalo office. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support in a timely manner while adhering to firm policies and procedures. You will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal and administrative professionals to ensure exceptional client service. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of discretion, attention to detail, organizational ability, and active listening skills. To excel in this position, you must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in business administration or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar professional support role.
Hodgson Russ offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), Paid Time Off, pension plan, and more. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position in Buffalo is $49,200 to $60,450. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
