About this role
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and participate in the full CAD/CAM process including scanning, designing, and manufacturing
• Operate manufacturing equipment including milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens
• Read work prescriptions and examine cases to determine dental restoration design
• Fabricate crowns, bridges, and inlays/onlays to precise specifications
• Read, interpret, and design dental restorations to client specifications using dental CAD software
• Communicate case planning across all lab departments
• Meet tight production deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality restorations
• Communicate clearly with technicians and doctors using strong verbal and written skills
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Crown and Bridge Design using CAD/CAM technology
• Certified Dental Technician (CDT) with 3–5 years of related fabrication experience (crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays); or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with 3Shape, Nobel, Exocad, and other desktop scanners and software
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM processes including scanning, designing, and manufacturing
• Ability to operate milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering ovens
• Proficiency in dental anatomy and terminology
• Experience in a regulated environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail; willing to learn, critical thinker, organized, and self-directed
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Rate: $25 – $40 per hour depending on experience
