Position: AR Associate | Sr Associate | Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Follow up on insurance claims.
• Verify claim status and resolve billing issues.
• Analyze denial trends and resubmit claims.
• Review EOB & ERA
• Maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with billing team.
• Perform root-cause analysis for unresolved accounts.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Experience - Minimum 1-4 years voice experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare)
• Qualification - 10+2 Mandatory.
• Open to work between 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.
• Strictly work from office role.
