To drive continued success in this exciting clinical research field, we are seeking committed, skilled, and customer-focused individuals to join our winning team as a Human Resources Generalist for our Taipei, Taiwan, on-site location.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Human Resources:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for Taiwan operations, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, onboarding, and pre-employment checks.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with local regulations.

Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, probation reviews, promotions, transfers, and other employee changes.

Develop, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and other HR-related documentation.

Monitor changes in labor regulations and support the implementation of compliant HR policies and practices.

Prepare HR reports, employee data analysis, and other HR administrative documentation as required.

Plan and coordinate employee engagement programs, company events, welcome events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives..

Partner with management to foster positive employee experience and maintain an engaging workplace culture.

Support local and global HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Identify opportunities to improve HR and administrative processes and recommend practical solutions.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Office Administration:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient and professional workplace environment.

Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, vendors, and service providers.

Coordinate office maintenance, workplace safety, seating arrangements, office access, and related administrative functions.

Process invoices, purchase requests, expense reimbursements, and other routine administrative payments.

REQUIREMENTS

Two to three years' related experience providing human resources and/or administrative support.

A bachelor's degree is required.

Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate effectively in English.

Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

Solid knowledge of Taiwan labor regulations and HR best practices.

Experience in employee onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Experience in office administration, vendor management, event planning, or workplace operations is highly preferred.

Proven ability to use Microsoft Word for professional document preparation, Microsoft PowerPoint to develop simple presentations, and Microsoft Excel to develop tracking documents and perform simple calculations.

Ability to maintain confidentiality for business information and decisions, and exercise professional discretion in supporting the implementation of business initiatives and communications.

Excellent organization and time management skills, acting with a proactive attitude, with the ability to work on one's own initiative.

Good project management and problem-solving ability, with the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks based on good business sense, and work under pressure.
