Salary Range: $50-$54 per hour

If Yes, Here's How You Will Contribute to the Team:
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) for Sub-Acute Care, you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but is not limited to:
• Completing initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Writing, initiating, and revising care plans as needed.
• Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, as well as administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding the condition and care given.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Must Have:
• RN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
Nice to Have:
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
