About this role
Responsibility:
1. IT first line support for semiconductor assembly and test factory. In-time IT system issue support and service delivery. 2. Work with global IT team to standardize IT support procedure and further improvement actions 3. Potential to support global factories remotely 4. Working hour: 8*5 R shift or rotation shirt
Qualification: 1. College degree or above, major in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience. 2. Possess excellent communication skills and solid basic knowledge of computer systems. Capable of data sorting and report production. Candidates with formal IT Help Desk working experience are highly preferred. 3. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing). Able to independently diagnose and resolve various IT technical problems for foreign colleagues. 4. Strong learning ability and pressure resistance. Flexible to adapt to fast-paced work, and accept rotating night shift work arrangement.
