Engineer the Reliability Behind Technologies That Matter

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer who thrives on solving complex engineering problems, understanding why products fail, and using data to improve performance before failures occur.
This is not a traditional quality role.
This is an opportunity to become the reliability expert within the organisation, driving product validation, advanced failure analysis, reliability modelling and data-driven engineering decisions across the full product lifecycle.

You will work directly with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing and Quality leaders to ensure our products perform reliably in mission-critical customer applications.
What You will Be Doing You will become the subject matter expert for reliability engineering and product performance across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and executing reliability qualification strategies • Developing accelerated life testing methodologies • Performing Weibull analysis and life-data modelling • Analysing field, manufacturing and warranty performance data • Leading complex product failure investigations • Building reliability dashboards and predictive analytics tools • Supporting NPI programmes and manufacturing transfers • Providing reliability input into FMEA and risk management activities • Driving corrective actions that improve long-term product performance and customer satisfaction.

Experience with any of the following would be particularly valuable:
• Weibull Analysis • Accelerated Life Testing (ALT) • HALT/HASS • Minitab • JMP • Power BI • Statistical Modelling • FMEA • Root Cause Analysis • NPI Programmes • Manufacturing Transfers.
