About the role The Dubuque Distribution Center supports a high-volume, fast-moving supply chain operation with fluctuating seasonal demand, multiple product categories, and tight service-level expectations. The Operations Manager owns results for a shift of about 20 hourly employees and is accountable for the full operating picture — safety, quality, productivity, and cost — not just day-to-day supervision. This is a leadership role for someone ready to own outcomes, not just oversee a shift.
