In this role, you will impact the efficiency of logistics operations, helping to maintain smooth production flow and customer satisfaction through effective handling of shipments and receipts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving activities according to company policies and procedures. • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition, resolving discrepancies as needed. • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and update systems to reflect current stock levels. • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials. • Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is required. • Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures, including inspection and documentation. • Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer skills to update records accurately. • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently. • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate inventory data.
