DENSO Manufacturing, Inc. (DMMI) is looking for 2nd Shift Assembly Associates. Responsibilities include operating machinery, working on a moving production assembly line, following safety procedures and ensuring quality parts are delivered on time for our customers. Pay is $20.48 - $26.19 depending on shift, area and experience. Core Hours: 4:15pm - 12:45am Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
• Assembly of automotive parts • Visual inspection • Operate an electric air-driver • Complete daily reports • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Run any and all aspects of the production line when necessary • Perform all work safely, following all safety procedures • Identify and resolve problems • Support Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities, train new team members, take all steps necessary to meet the customer's needs Physical and Environmental Demands:
• Repetitive lifting up to 35 pounds • Bending • Twisting • Repetitive gripping with hands • Standing for prolonged periods of time (8-12 hours) • Ability to work overtime including weekend overtime • Comfortable working in an environment with extreme temperatures and loud noises Minimum Qualifications:
• Solid, recent manufacturing work history • Ability to pass a hands-on electric driver and dexterity assessment Ideal Associate Must Possess:
