The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Home Infusion-
Under the general supervision of the Director of Infusion Services, the Assistant Manager of Business Operations is responsible for the overall daily operations of the insurance/billing, accounting, contract management, and receptionist/scheduling functions of the department. Provides safe, effective, fiscally responsible direction, support and development of staff. In coordination with the Department Director, is responsible for hiring, coaching, and of evaluation of staff. Assists the Department Director with counseling, discipline, and termination of staff.
Providence Family Practice -
This position plays a key role in the success of the organization in regard to assuring access to patient care and direct supervision of clinical and non-clinical staff. Supervisor has oversight of day-to-day clinic operations supporting efficient patient care. Areas of responsibility include supervision and development of employees, allocating resources for patient care coordination, and working in collaboration with clinic leadership in improving patient satisfaction, complaint resolution, and clinic performance in meeting organizational and regional goals. In coordination with Department leadership, is responsible for hiring, coaching, and evaluation of staff. Assists Department leadership with counseling, discipline, and termination of staff.

Required Qualifications:
• 2 years Home Infusion Only: Experience in a health care setting with responsibility for charge master, coding, insurance and billing. • 2 years Providence Family Practice Only: 2 years supervisory experience in a clinical setting -OR- • 2 years Progressive leadership role in clinic setting (Team lead, interim leader assignment) -OR- • 1 year in a progressive leadership role in a clinic setting AND at least 1 year supervisory experience -OR- • Equivalent leadership experience- in a relevant setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field.
