As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a friendly and professional manner. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships. • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations. • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or recommendations. • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback. • Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
