As a CCE, you will play a crucial role in our back-office operations, working closely with various teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Your primary focus will be on optimizing back-office functions, including data management, record-keeping, and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for implementing efficient systems and protocols to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.

• Manage and oversee back-office operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks. • Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes to enhance productivity and accuracy. • Ensure timely and accurate processing of tasks, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline back-office operations and improve overall efficiency. • Monitor and analyze back-office performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. • Train and mentor back-office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent performance. • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all back-office activities. • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance back-office operations. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in a financial services or insurance industry. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail. • Proficient in using MS Office suite and other relevant software for back-office operations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. • Strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
