• Answer inbound calls and provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. • Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the company's brand and values. • Document and update customer records and information accurately in our systems. • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a smooth customer journey. • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team leads. • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in handling customer interactions. • Provide regular feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with customers. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer queries effectively. • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. • Proficiency in using computers and basic office software. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred but not mandatory. • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow. • Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs. • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities.
