What You’ll Do
• Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships
• Manage roofing projects from initial sales through final completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and internal operations
• Maintain job quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing
• A strong track record in sales and project management
• Knowledge of commercial construction markets, including property management, insurance, and REITs
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to access rooftops
