AutoBidMaster is an established company with over 17 years of experience helping customers win and ship vehicles from US auto auctions worldwide. With the head office in the US and a team of 100+ international experts across more than 10 countries, we are expanding our presence in Georgia and looking for motivated and reliable team members in Poti.
As Logistics Coordinator, you will be the key link between the shipping lines, the terminal, and our customers. If you are highly organized, can communicate in Russian and English, and prefer a mix of office and outdoor work, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
What You Will Do:
• Communicate with shipping lines, get releases and plan container opening.
• Track daily arriving containers and notify customers of their estimated unloading dates.
• Coordinate the official release of cars to the customers.
• Receive, check, and hand over shipping documents and car titles to customers, or mail them out.
• Assist customers with paying terminal fees.
• Be physically present at the terminal when shipping containers are opened.
• Take clear pictures of the vehicles as they are being unloaded.
Requirements:
• Languages: Russian (Conversational, B1–B2), English (Working Knowledge, B1).
• Prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations is an advantage.
• Confident working with computer and documents.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, highly responsible and organized.
Format: Full-time employment Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00–17:00, Sat 10:00-15:00
