We are Motability Operations, the company behind the Motability Scheme. We deliver smart, sustainable mobility solutions and are the UKs largest car leasing company, supporting more than 900,000 customers. Our 12-month placement is within our Technology divisions Software Engineering team and offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies, including AI, alongside software engineers, quality engineers, UX designers, business analysts, product specialists, product owners, and a Scrum Master. The programme focuses on making an impact, personal development, and a collaborative student project, with guidance from colleagues and a dedicated mentor. We are based in Bristol, London, Edinburgh, and Coalville and operate hybrid working across the organisation.
