Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.Keen attention to detail.Organised and able to prioritise workloads and workflows.Approachable with outstanding customer service skills.Self-starter who can help formulate tactical plans to achieve department strategy.Full UK Driving Licence.Eligible for SC Clearance. Responsibilities: Support the achievement of IT team objectives in line with customer processes and procedures.Promote the IT team and wider IT function.Participate in internal meetings to share and develop knowledge and best practice.Provide end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests to ensure effective resolution.Provide regular status updates on open tickets.Build and maintain strong relationships with business users.Maintain and improve service standards through continuous improvement.Investigate and resolve common desktop issues to support business continuity.Assess issues thoroughly to determine further action and escalation to the 3rd Line Team where required.Support other team members in achieving their objectives.Cover for Site Engineers when needed.Run scheduled Tech Bars.Provide day-to-day IT support to customers.Travel to customer sites and adapt to different environments as required.
