Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements: 3-5 years experience working as a Business Analyst.Strong understanding of business process modelling techniques.Experience writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.Experience refining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.Knowledge of SQL and/or data analysis tools, such as Power BI or Qlik Sense.Previous experience within FMCG would be advantageous. Responsibilities: Analyse and improve business processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and define clear requirements.Produce requirements documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria.Support the delivery and refinement of business systems and technology solutions.Help ensure our ERP system remains effective and aligned with business requirements.Support projects from definition through to delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.Work closely with technical teams and third-party suppliers where required.
