Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: Experienced Solutions Architect with a background in managed WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi and security servicesGood understanding of enterprise Wi-Fi technologies, including CAPWAP, WPA, 802.1X, mesh networking and wireless controllersExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersCommercial awareness and an understanding of how to balance technical excellence with customer and business requirementsFull UK driving licence and the ability to pass BPSS and relevant security clearance checks Responsibilities: Design tailored LAN and WAN solutions aligned to customer requirements and technical capabilitiesWork closely with Sales and Account Management teams to understand customer needs and develop compelling technical propositionsLead technical discussions, customer meetings and solution reviews, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomesProduce high-quality technical documentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), High-Level Designs (HLDs), network schematics and associated solution documentationCollaborate with Service Delivery, Sales and Account Management teams to support new business opportunities, renewals and existing customer relationshipsEnsure solutions are technically robust, commercially viable and deliver long-term customer valueMaintain accurate activity and opportunity information within CRM systemsContribute to the development of a significant sales pipeline and support the wider pre-sales function Technologies: ArchitectCRMSupportLANNetworkSecurity More:
We are a growing technical team based in Solihull, working in a hybrid pattern of approximately 2 days per month in the office. This role offers a salary of £65,000 - £80,000, plus commission and car allowance, along with 33 days holiday including bank holidays, private medical insurance and enhanced pension contributions.
