Marketing Specialist - Milking Systems North America Turn technical solutions into stories that move markets. We work with dealers across North America to deliver integrated milking systems, consumables and services that help dairy producers improve animal welfare, food safety, farm profitability and work efficiency. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist - Milking Systems who can connect technical know-how with compelling market execution. In this role, you will support market development and portfolio growth across the U.S. and Canada, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to bring solutions to life for dealers and customers. ONE DELAVAL | MAKE THINGS HAPPEN | SET DIRECTION What you'll do Support marketing plans, product launches, promotions and campaigns for milking systems. Create and maintain product literature, sales tools, presentations, training materials and digital content. Partner with Sales, Solution Management, Technical, Service and other teams to provide product and market support. Gather customer, dealer, sales and competitive insights to identify needs and market opportunities. Coordinate training, marketing activities and communications that support product adoption and sales growth. Maintain accurate portfolio information and support assigned market development projects. What you'll bring Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product information clearly. A customer-focused and collaborative approach, with confidence working across functions. Strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn relevant business systems. Ability to travel as business needs require. Experience that will help you succeed Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, agriculture, engineering or a related field is desirable. Experience: Five years of relevant marketing, product support, sales support or related business experience. Industry: Experience in dairy or a comparable agriculture-based industry is preferred.
