Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex SAP solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires deep technical expertise across SAP landscapes, strong architectural vision, and the ability to guide delivery teams while engaging directly with clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining SAP architecture strategies, ensuring scalable and future-ready landscapes, and supporting large transformation programs such as S/4HANA migrations. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design Define end-to-end SAP technical architecture across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments Design scalable and secure SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, BTP) Lead system integration design across SAP and non-SAP systems Establish best practices for SAP development, integrations, and performance optimization Delivery Leadership Provide technical leadership to development teams (ABAP, Fiori, Integration) Ensure high-quality solution delivery aligned with architecture principles Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and solution validations Support large transformation projects such as S/4HANA conversion, upgrade, and greenfield implementations Integration & Technology Oversight Architect integrations using SAP technologies: SAP PI/PO, CPI (SAP Integration Suite) APIs, OData services, REST/SOAP Drive adoption of SAP BTP services (extensions, workflows, integrations) Ensure effective use of SAP Fiori/UI5 and modern UX standards Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with client stakeholders, functional teams, and program leadership Translate business requirements into technical solutions Act as a trusted advisor for SAP architecture and strategy Governance & Innovation Define and enforce technical governance frameworks Identify opportunities for innovation using emerging SAP technologies Drive cloud adoption (SAP RISE, hyperscalers like Azure, AWS, GCP) Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Strong hands-on experience in: SAP ABAP (OO ABAP, CDS views, enhancements) SAP S/4HANA architecture and migration approaches SAP Fiori/UI5 applications Experience with: SAP BTP (extensions, CAP, integration suite) Middleware (SAP CPI / PI/PO) SAP HANA database and performance tuning Architecture Experience Proven experience designing enterprise SAP landscapes Expertise in: System integration patterns Cloud and hybrid deployments Security and compliance frameworks Delivery & Consulting Experience in large-scale SAP transformations Strong consulting mindset with client-facing experience Ability to lead distributed technical teams Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of SAP technical experience 3–5+ years in an architect or lead role SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP, Integration) are highly desirable Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving and analytical thinking Leadership and mentoring capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
