Job Summary Apoyar en la supervision de las actividades del proceso productivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los planes de produccion en su turno. Seguimineto a los estandaresde seguridad y calidad, asi como scrap e inventario utilizando el sistema de LDM de la celda asignada. Sera encargado de coordinar las actividades de los operadores durante su turno. Responsabilities Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de Produccion de su turno, Coordinar y asignar tareas al personal operativo de su turno, Seguir el sitema de LDM de su celda, Realizar junta diaria de kickoff para comunicar la situacion actual de la celda, como actividad secundaria: Seguimiento y mejora de 5S, Reduccion de desperdicios, coordinacion con mantenimineto para mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos, alaborar reportes de produccion e incidencias Experiencia Experiencia en proceso productivo, minimo preparatoria terminada Inglés intermedio Excel intermedio Conocimientos de Lean Let’s Create Possibilities Together.
