Gedeon Richter is looking for a committed and experienced professional for the position Manager of Labeling Coordination Drive Performance and Excellence in Global Label Operations and Product Information Implementation The Manager of Labeling Coordination is responsible for leading Richter's global Labeling Coordination organization and ensuring the effective implementation, governance, and operation of the Regional Label Management model across global and regional markets. The role serves as the operational bridge between Global Labeling, Regulatory Affairs, Packaging Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Affiliates to ensure that labeling changes are implemented accurately, compliantly, and efficiently throughout the product lifecycle. This position combines operational leadership, process excellence, systems governance, packaging coordination, and stakeholder management, making it a critical role in ensuring compliant product information and uninterrupted patient access to medicines worldwide. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the global Labeling Coordination team, fostering accountability, capability development, and high performance Drive governance, and continuous improvement of the Regional Label Management operating model ensuring end-to-end execution of labeling activities across countries, regions, and product portfolios Ensure effective collaboration between Label Leads, affiliates, local regulatory representatives, and cross-functional stakeholders Monitor timelines, risks, deviations, and bottlenecks while driving timely resolution and operational excellence Ensure integrity, governance, and effective use of labeling data, reporting tools, and regulatory systems, including Veeva and Packman Oversee registration sample coordination activities supporting global regulatory submissions and approvals Provide governance and operational oversight for packaging coordination, mock-ups, artwork updates, and packaging implementation activities Ensure inspection readiness, compliance with regulatory requirements Ideal Profile Significant experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, Labeling, or a related pharmaceutical field Good understanding of global labeling processes and regulatory implementation activities Experience with local and country-specific labeling and artwork implementation, including coordination of packaging updates and compliance with national regulatory requirements Experience working in cross-functional and regulated environments Familiarity with regulatory systems and digital tools (e.g., Veeva, Packman) Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and develop successful teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence Why This Role Matters This role is at the heart of Richter's Global Regulatory Operations organization.
