The opportunity EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an in-house agency that helps EY teams shape the future with confidence by delivering high-impact, high-quality and on-brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human across multiple media platforms. As Senior Art Director, you will lead the creative design, production and delivery of Strategic Programs, Talent and BMC team communications collateral across multiple formats. You will ensure all creative is on-brand, user-centric, aesthetically strong and aligned to EY's employer brand, EVP, master brand and business objectives. This is a senior creative leadership role with hands-on delivery responsibility. You will bring creative vision, strategic thinking and impeccable design sensibility to lead ideation, shape concepts, elevate storyboards and creative direction, and help the Creative CoE evolve from excellent design execution to strategic, brand-building creative partnership. Your key responsibilities Apply specialist knowledge of EY's strategy, employer brand, EVP and talent agenda to develop compelling, audience-focused creative solutions that strengthen engagement and support business objectives. Lead the creative direction, design and delivery of Talent, Strategic Program and BMC communications across multiple channels and formats, ensuring all work is on-brand, user-centric and creatively distinctive. Provide hands-on creative leadership and execution by working closely with designers, content teams and agency partners to develop concepts, campaigns, storyboards and creative assets from ideation through to final production. Drive creative excellence and quality assurance across all projects, ensuring output meets EY brand standards and expectations for aesthetics, effectiveness, turnaround time, budget and efficiency. Build strong partnerships with onshore and offshore stakeholders acting as a trusted creative advisor and aligning teams around creative priorities, objectives and delivery plans. Lead and develop creative capability by coaching designers, sharing best practices and helping evolve the team from execution-focused delivery to strategic, brand-led creative thinking. Translate business challenges into innovative creative solutions using audience insights, emerging trends, creative strategy and strong visual storytelling to deliver memorable experiences that shape perception, engagement and participation. Oversee project delivery across multiple workstreams managing priorities, timelines, resources and risks while ensuring high-quality outcomes delivered on time and within budget. Champion innovation and continuous improvement by staying ahead of design trends, digital experiences, web standards, cultural moments, and evolving creative practices to enhance the impact of EY communications. Contribute to wider organizational initiatives by bringing a collaborative, customer-centric mindset and helping teams make confident, effective creative choices. Skills and attributes for success Deep understanding of our employer brand and EVP, with proven experience creating compelling creative collateral that engages internal and external talent audiences. Creative strategist with strong conceptual thinking and the ability to transform complex business challenges into compelling and inspiring creative solutions. Exceptional art direction, visual storytelling, and design sensibility across digital, social, and integrated channels. User-centric mindset with a creative, innovative and analytical approach. Working knowledge of infographics, data visualization techniques, user experience principles, and evolving creative technologies. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across global teams and senior audiences. Experience leading creative teams, developing talent and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Exceptional project management, prioritization, risk management and team management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to challenge thinking, influence decisions and advocate for creative excellence. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of current and future visual trends. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor's degree or college diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline. * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe DC and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media. Knowledge of social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok. Strong visual design and creative thinking capability. At least 12 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment. Prior art direction experience in leading agencies.
