Grocery Supervisor | New World Fendalton | 30 Hours We're looking for an experienced supermarket leader to take ownership of the presentation, availability, and replenishment of our Grocery Department each afternoon. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead a small team, maintain high standards throughout the department, and ensure customers enjoy a full, fresh, and well-presented shopping experience. Roster: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 2:00pm - 9:30pm Key responsibilities: Taking ownership of the presentation and standards of the Grocery Department each afternoon Driving product availability and shelf replenishment Leading, coaching, and supporting a small team Ensuring stock is worked efficiently and accurately Maintaining merchandising, stock rotation, and food safety standards Delivering excellent customer service and a safe working environment What we're looking for: Previous supermarket experience is essential Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one, as forklift driving is an essential part of the role Strong organisational and communication skills Physically fit and capable of regular lifting Reliable, proactive, and committed to high standards If you're ready to take ownership of one of New World Fendalton's largest departments and help lead a great team, we'd love to hear from you.
