About this role
Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects. You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Disposition of purchased parts with supplier complaints and escalation, as well as bottleneck management Disposition of finished parts in coordination with Webasto's internal sales functions Responsible for a leveled production planning and control of assembly/production lines Logistical coordination of the start-up and phase-out control during technical changes Logistical support for product launches and relocation projects This is what you bring to us: (Degree from a university or university of applied sciences) in the field of industrial engineering or business administration with a focus on logistics – or comparable qualification Several years of practical professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry Systematic and independent working style Good SAP R/3 knowledge in the MM, SD, and PP modules Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficient use of MS Office Good English skills, both written and spoken Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
