Your Key Responsibilities Owns and develops sales performance of assigned distributor accounts; Acts as the primary commercial contact for Purchasing departments, focusing on pricing, volume discussions, and sales initiatives; Drives top-line growth, product mix optimization, and market share expansion; Identifies and realizes new business opportunities within existing accounts; Prepares and follows up on sales offers, price discussions, and commercial proposals; Executes key account sales plans in line with company targets and strategy; Monitors sales KPIs, turnover, and customer performance; take proactive actions to exceed targets; Coordinates closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Marketing) to ensure availability, promotions, and smooth execution; Analyzes customer data, sales trends, and market dynamics to support sales decisions; Conducts regular customer/market visits and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and increase sales loyalty; Translates and adapts marketing and technical documentation in cooperation with other relevant Functions. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; 3–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management, preferably in automotive spare parts/aftermarket; Hands-on experience working with distributors and purchasing organizations; Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, pricing logic, and volume-driven business models; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Strong analytical and commercial mindset; Fluency in English (written and spoken).
