Find out more about us on https://ams-osram.com Your new responsibilities Data-based control and monitoring of the plasma etch process using machine or measurement data (SPC, FDC) Solving process or equipment problems in close cooperation with various departments or external suppliers Evaluating and implementing possible process simplifications/improvements to reduce manufacturing costs, increase process yield and improve product robustness by applying Six Sigma methodologies Transferring new technologies to production in collaboration with R&D and process integration Interface with other technical areas (e.g. maintenance, R&D, line control, suppliers, etc.) and other relevant departments (e.g. quality) Who we are looking for Successfully completed degree (Master) in engineering or natural sciences or equivalent industry experience Several years of professional experience in technical areas required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is highly desirable) Experience with process control methodologies and systems (SPC and FDC) Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and project-oriented working style Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working Willingness to take on new tasks and solve them as part of a team or as cross-functional technical lead Well organized and able to work with diverse requirements Good written and spoken German and English skills We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
