Find out more about us on https://ams-osram.com Your new responsibilities Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery & corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in the Litho department. Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required. Able to perform advance machine troubleshooting. Knowledge to litho tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must. Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol. Support the Tools setup, installation & qualification. Plan & execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality). Train junior technicians to attain and improve skills & competencies for line sustaining activities. Support process team for evaluation & process verification. What we look for Candidate must have at least a Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronics, Production Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years working experience in Lithography in coat, exposure, develop. Experienced with Lithography equipments (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner), able to read schematic diagrams, robot arms, sensors. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Good interpersonal skills, responsible and able to handle stress. Good with MS Office suites - MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point Able to work in rotating shift pattern.
