Job Responsibilities Execute and manage technical training programs to support business and operational objectives. Develop training materials, certification programs, competency assessments, and skills matrices. Identify workforce skill gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee capabilities. Support employee onboarding, compliance requirements, customer audits, and operational readiness. Supervise and develop trainers while monitoring training effectiveness and performance metrics. Promote a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and workforce development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical training, manufacturing engineering, or a related manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and technical training methodologies. Familiarity with quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, problem-solving tools, and competency-based development. Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO and IPC. Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Strong continuous improvement mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions.
