What you will do We are searching for a motivated membrane Future Talent - Sales Support Specialist . You will report to our Team Leader Services Filtration and be part of a team of experienced colleagues. Together with your colleagues you will set the strategy for promoting and strengthening our after-sales offer with a special focus on the membrane after-sales. As a Future Talent - Sales Support Specialist , you will: Support our Services Sales team focused on membranes for filtration equipment Help create our membrane replacement strategy Forecast sales and manage membrane inventory Be the point of contact for selected Customers, Sales managers, and external colleagues regarding membrane sales Handle transactions, set up services, assist in ordering parts and facilitate invoicing and follow-up receivables Provide technical and commercial support to customers’ requests both internally and externally Strengthen our relationship with key membrane suppliers Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and provide input to actions needed Participate in managing technical sales including all commercial activities and technical support related to Tetra Pak filtration equipment Assist customers with planning for service and maintenance events, for implementation of permanent solutions issues raised by customers as well as for timely installation We believe you have A Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Data Analytics, or in an engineering field Finished or will finish your studies between May 2026 and June 2027 Very good Excel skills, knowledge of other data analytics tools a plus Strong customer orientation, great interpersonal skills and empathy A very analytical, data driven mindset Passion to learn about membrane filtration plants and their use Interest in processing plants for the food industry, preferably within the dairy industry High interest in working with customers, great presentation and collaboration skills Proactive self-starter mentality Pay Equity Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances. Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $60,600 USD – $77,800 USD . Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
