Office Operations Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish) 📍 Hopkins, MN🕒 Full-Time | Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PMAre you a bilingual administrative professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and keeping operations running smoothly? We're seeking an Office Operations Manager to join our growing team in Hopkins, MN. What You'll Do As a key member of the team, you'll play an important role in ensuring efficient office operations while providing support across multiple departments. Responsibilities:
• Apply customer payments and support Accounts Receivable activities • Generate invoices, monitor payment schedules, and assist with collections • Enter vendor invoices and provide administrative support to the accounting team • Assist with employee onboarding, payroll support, access management, and HR administration • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail • Support sales reporting, pricing updates, and customer account maintenance • Provide general administrative support across accounting, HR, operations, and sales teams What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish Previous Accounts Receivable experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a busy office environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Preferred Qualifications:

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkins, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
