• Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (In Office) • Saturday Overtime: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM (Remote) • Pay Rate: $18/hr • Overtime Rate: $27/hr Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required • Strong Microsoft Office skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Customer service experience preferred • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and via email Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with shareholders and investors • Educate shareholders on corporate actions, voting options, and shareholder proposals • Track and resolve customer inquiries while providing timely updates • Accurately document interactions and update records in databases • Support communication campaigns and ensure messaging is delivered consistently • Provide professional, high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment Why Apply?
