Part-Time Mailroom & Document Processing Assistant Location: Englewood, CoSchedule: Part-TimePay: $21.00Department: Operations / Document Services Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Mailroom & Document Processing Assistant to support our document management and records operations team. This role is responsible for preparing, scanning, indexing, organizing, and shipping loan-related files while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a metrics-driven environment.The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with large volumes of documents, proficient with Excel, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting productivity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Document Preparation & Scanning

• Prepare physical files for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and bindings. • Organize and align documents to ensure efficient and accurate scanning. • Scan loan and customer files using the company's imaging system. • Index scanned images to the correct loan account numbers and records. • Perform quality checks to ensure scanned documents are complete, legible, and accurately assigned. Document Organization & Shipping

• Review and organize trailing loan documents according to required stacking and filing procedures. • Verify loan information and document status, including sold, liquidated, or otherwise ineligible files. • Remove, reclassify, or redirect documents when necessary based on established guidelines. • Prepare shipment manifests and supporting documentation required by document custodians. • Coordinate file preparation and shipment activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer requirements. Data Entry & Administrative Support

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to research, verify, track, and update document-related information. • Enter data accurately and maintain electronic records. • Support team members with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals in a high-volume processing environment. Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. • Minimum of 1 year of clerical, administrative, mailroom, records management, front desk, file clerk, or related office experience. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a metrics-driven environment. • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Basic data entry and document management experience. • Typing speed of 35+ words per minute. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in financial services, banking, mortgage, or loan operations environments. • Previous experience with document imaging, scanning systems, or records management processes. • Experience with 10-key data entry and high-volume data processing. Key Skills
