• Assist current customers with account questions, updates, billing, and autopay • Build strong customer relationships through friendly, solution-focused service • Resolve concerns efficiently while working toward a positive one-call resolution • Help customers explore solutions when they are considering canceling • Document each interaction accurately in a Salesforce-based CRM • Navigate multiple applications and dual monitors while assisting customers • Follow up on requests to ensure customers receive complete and timely support Multiple Schedule Options Several Monday-Friday daytime schedules are available, with start times throughout the morning and early afternoon. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
